Eating Disorders: Treatment Centers vs Online

Treatment Centers can be an awesome treatment option for you.

Treatment centers provide you with around the clock help in the form of in house counselors, doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and pastoral staff (if you opt for a Christian eating disorder center). I still believe that one-on-one counseling is a better option than trying to find help online, so if you can afford it and there is a Christian center close to you then I would strongly recommend it. This could be a life saver for you, but only if you allow God to also change your heart in order for the changes to be permanent.

Please have a look at Christian Eating Disorder Treatment Centers if you feel that you can benefit from inpatient care.

However, if this doesn’t work out or you can not afford it then please consider doing my online program in the privacy of your own home, with the forum as support and accountability. That said, I always encourage ladies who join my program to also reach out to “flesh and blood” people in the form of joining a Bible study at your local church,  seeing a Christian/Biblical counselor, or having a pastor or friend pray with you regularly while you go through this program.

You can get help for yourself or a loved one through my 12 Week Online Study Course. I’ve compiled this course from my own experience with food struggles, insight and understanding I’ve gained through counseling ladies in my support groups, Biblical principals, as well as material I’ve gathered by well-known Christian authors, counselors, and doctors. This study is jam-packed with information, practical guide lines and honest testimonies.
