    This is the message I receive on the members area and members forum videos. The first video on logging in worked, but not these two.

    These videos might have a loading problem when we first put them up, but I’ve tested it all and it seems to work fine now.

    Please try loading them again, by clicking on “Technical Support” in the top menu (next to “Members Forum”) and then click on the links or the little icons to open the videos again. So basically – don’t use the links in the email I’ve sent you, but go directly to these videos from the site.

    Please let me know if you are still having trouble viewing them.

    Anyone else having this problem?

  3. When I click Week One, it comes up behind the Member Details box, and therefore I am unable to click week 1a. Can you please advise me of another way to access Week 1a? Thank you.

    PROBLEM WITH INTERNET EXPLORER:

    A few ladies told me that the membership area (Week 1 – 12) does not display right on their end, and that they are unable to view the weeks. This happened shortly after we’ve updated the website.

    SOLUTION:

    Our new website seem to have a problem with the older versions of Internet Explorer. If you use Internet Explorer please be sure to upgrade to Version 9 (the latest version)

    If this still doesn’t help, please open the website in a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome (make sure you download the latest version of these browsers too). This might actually make your whole internet experience much better:)

    Please contact me if this still doesn’t work so I can help you trouble shoot until we get the issue resolved.
