Shipping
In-stock items are typically shipped within two business days. You will be informed if the product you’ve requested is currently out of stock and when it will be expected back in stock.
Be sure to indicate if you want an adult to sign for you package, if you did not request this Surrendered Hearts Ministries can not be held responsible for the loss of packages left outside your door.
Ground shipments are typically shipped from our supplier in Portland Oregon. Shipping days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial and Independence Day. Please add 1 – 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it.
Returns Policy
Surrendered Hearts Ministries offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of Surrendered Hearts Ministries. Shipping cost for refunds are the responsibility of the buyer.
Requirements for a Refund
- Items must be in new condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (for example DVDs) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
