I love Beth Moore's Bible studies for women.
All of these are wonderful, and she wrote quite a lot, but there are two that I would strongly recommend while you're breaking free from an eating disorder. You will get the most out of her studies if you can do it with a group in your area and watch all of the videos. However, in the midst of my own struggle I started doing it without the videos and it still blessed me and helped me to fall in love with Jesus. So here's the two I recommend:
Breaking Free: Making Liberty in Christ a Reality in Life
Living Beyond Yourself: Exploring the Fruit of the Spirit

The First Place Bible studies are great for people who struggle with food and do not have a lot of time. It takes approximately 15 minutes to do (each) and it is specifically geared to help you in your struggle with food.
