Help! I don’t know how to get access to the e-book. I registered but I can’t seem to find it on the web.

I didn’t get the free ebook either. What did I do wrong? I got the email out of the junk folder and signed in again, but it just said something about upgrading membership. How do I get the free ebook?

Well I tried to register and I was unable to do so, the message said that you have my email address in your database. I am not sure what to do now because I read and loved the ebook and would like some more information. I did receive confirmation email from you that I had registered the first time and a few other emails so I am not sure what else I can do to access week 1.

when the drop down menu comes up for week 1, I cannot click on one of the three choices because the “member details” gets in the way and essentially hides the drop down menu-how can i access it?

PROBLEM WITH INTERNET EXPLORER:
A few ladies told me that the membership area (Week 1 – 12) does not display right on their end, and that they are unable to view the weeks. This happened shortly after we’ve updated the website.
SOLUTION:
Our new website seem to have a problem with the older versions of Internet Explorer. If you use Internet Explorer please be sure to upgrade to Version 9 (the latest version)
If this still doesn’t help, please open the website in a different browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome (make sure you download the latest version of these browsers too). This might actually make your whole internet experience much better:)
Please contact me if this still doesn’t work so I can help you trouble shoot until we get the issue resolved.

I am now on day 6 of this program. I am very excited to experience all the weeks to come. I know I have a long way to go, but i’m staying positive and really zoning in on my relationship with god and trusting him again. Over the years of my disorder i’ve lost much of my faith, i’ve set aside any relationship with God that I had only to find myself deeper and deeper in my disorder. I truely believe that I can overcome this-but only with God’s help. I’ve tried and tried to beat this on my own, only to find myself in a life filled with drugs, alcohol, and eating disorders. I was able to break-through of my drug and alcohol addiction, so I know I can beat this but I also know CANNOT beat this on my own…which I honestly thought otherwise before. I didn’t even want to believe I had a problem. Anyways, i’m only 20 years old… And i’m bound and determined to overcome this now that i’m still young. I desire to live a healthy, happy, and christ-like life. And what better time than now?? Thank you so much Heleen for all that you do.
I just purchased week 2, however when i click on it it says i don’t have access to this page… Will it take awhile for the information to update?? What should i do?

Thank you for your purchase! I’ve just upgraded you manually to all 12 weeks, sorry about the that. We have a glitch in our system, but we are currently updating our whole website and system to prevent this from happening.
You can now just login and you will have full access.

Thank you for your purchase! We’re still having problems with our automatic upgrade, sorry about that. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, but we’re working on getting it fixed. I’ve upgraded you manually and also sent you an email, please be on the look out for that.
